Per the GDPR, if you want your account/data deleted contact me and I'll do so. If you want an export of your personal data let me know and I'll figure out a way to get it to you.
The personal information this site collects is your email and (as securely stored as I can make it) your password. It also keeps track of the IP you connected from as part of its logging. Those are all required for the site to function. Though it's not personal information per the GDPR it also collects any information you submit as part of a prediction.
Currently I'd really like to use some collection of people's predictions (stripped of any info identifying them to an account) to try to predict and figure out cool things about Steam (and hopefully share that with people!) but I don't know exactly what that means yet. By using this site you agree it's okay for me to do that. If you have cool ideas let me know!
I won't be associating those predictions with your account/you publicly though because that would be wack.
